I am a native to the Bloomington/Normal communities and have been successfully marketing real estate since January 1986. My knowledge of the community allows me to provide buyers and sellers with accurate data and information that allows them to make an intelligent decision without excess pressures.
Throughout the years, I have continued to strive to be at the top by pursuing specialized real estate designations and educations beyond what is required. I have my Brokers License and I am a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and continue taking classes in their graduate program. I am also an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and e-Certified. All of these designations have given me a more in depth knowledge about the Real Estate Business to pass on to you during our transactions.
In addition to a formal real estate education, I also have had the opportunity to learn about the business hands-on. I come from a real estate and construction family. I personally purchase, renovate, and sell homes for investment purposes. I am a landlord of single and multifamily units and I have built several homes in my career. Due to this hands-on knowledge, I have built relationships with many financial institutions that has allowed me to work foreclosure properties across McLean County.
I pride myself on the on-going communications that I have with my clients, both during and after the purchase or sale of their home. I believe it is my responsibility to keep in touch with my clients to let them know what is going on in the market. Long-term relationships are what I build my business on.
