I graduated from Normal Community High School in 1975 as Cindy Biddle.  I have one brother and one sister living in the community and another brother that was relocated to Virginia with State Farm Insurance.  I married Keith Ranney in 1975, who graduated from Bloomington High School in 1973.  He attended Illinois Wesleyan University and graduated from Western Illinois University.  He received his Masters of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.  He is the oldest of eight brothers and sisters who live in the Dallas Area, San Francisco, Atlantic City, and all over Central Illinois.  After retiring from being the Bloomington Fire Chief, he joined me as my assistant.

Our daughter, Allecia (Ranney) Correll graduated from Bloomington High School in 1996.  She attended Illinois Wesleyan University and graduated from Arizona State University in 2000.  She is married to Zachary Correll who graduated from Lincoln High School in 1992 and Illinois Wesleyan University in 1996.  They worked for State Farm Insurance and have lived in Tempe, AZ and Woodbury, MN, and Lincoln, NE.  Zac is currently working in Fire Systems at Corporate South.  Allecia is also my assistant, as well as staying at home with their three children, Cody, Kyle, and Caden.

Our son, Keith Ranney Jr. graduated from Bloomington High School in 1998.  He attended the University of Arizona and graduated from Illinois State University in 2003.  He is married to Michelle (Pollack) Ranney who graduated from Buffalo Grove High School in 1999 and Bradley University in 2003.  They currently live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago where Keith is sellling insurance and Michelle is  Preschool Teacher.  They have one child, Gillian.
